What it does for your water
The AFWFilters Fleck 2510SXT 80,000-Grain Water Softener and Filter System is a softener and filter combo rated at 80,000 grains on a Fleck 2510SXT control valve.
Grain ratings are full-salt figures. At an efficient salt setting its rating delivers about 60,000 grains between regenerations, enough for up to 7 people on 15 grains-per-gallon water regenerating weekly, or 4 on 25 grains per gallon. Size it to your own water.
It pairs the softener with a filter stage. Check what the filter stage is rated to reduce on the listing, and that its cartridge or media is easy to replace.
The Fleck 2510SXT head is one of the most widely serviced valves; seal kits, pistons, boards and meters that name it are in the valve parts lookup.
From the listing: model 2510SXT; valve Fleck 2510SXT.
The listing gives dimensions of 13 x 13 x 54 inches, a shipping weight of 170 lb and water softener in the box.
